our staff
Below are brief profiles. You will get to know us for real as you work with us.
Les Arnold, Sales Les has been selling professional audio goods since the late 70's. He has helped hundreds of facility owners, managers, producers, engineers and artists to learn about new technologies, and to choose and work with new tools. He has been with Parsons since 1990. Outside of work, Les has long experience as a recording and live engineer. He has mixed for many major artists. He has been the live and recording engineer for BeatleJuice, the remarkable Beatles cover band led by his friend Brad Delp. Also on the non-work side of his life, among other pursuits, he is an avid road and mountain biker.
Rick Scott, Sales Rick has been with Parsons since 1993, developing many loyal customers. Before that he worked as a professional audio technician, performing installations and maintenance in numerous facilities. One of the founding members of the band Bird Songs of the Mesozoic, Rick is a long-time musician, and knows the recording/production process from concept to stage to studio to disk. Among many areas of knowledge that he applies here at Parsons, he is one of our MIDI and synthesizer specialists.
Lenore Fauliso, Sales & Marketing Lenore has been with Parsons Audio since 2002. She handles a variety of key tasks for us, involving every aspect of our business. They include advising our customers about products, processing their orders, marketing, product management, accounting review, and oversight of the Center for Audio Studies. She is a graduate of Boston College and the recording technology program at the New England Institute of Art (Brookline, MA). An accomplished D.J., she manages Elements, a dance night (every Thursday) at The Phoenix Landing in Cambridge. She often spins there.
Christopher Stabach, Product Specialist & Sales Support Chris is a stellar graduate of NESCOM, in Bangor. Here at Parsons, he is a Product Specialist in workstations and most other professional audio equipment. He also handles order processing and customer support tasks, mostly in support of Les Arnold and Les's customers.
Mark established Parsons Audio in 1989 after more than a decade of selling professional audio goods to New Englanders. For a decade before that he worked as a singer-songwriter-guitarist; before that as a film and stage actor and director. Here he signs checks, manages salespeople, does marketing and webmastering, makes decisions that can't better be avoided, and otherwise watches out for the interests of our customers and staff.
